Nursery - 2 Day Session Tuesday and Thursday	9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.
Pre-K - 3 Day Session Monday, Wednesday and Friday A.M. Session	8:30 A.M. - 11:00A.M.
Pre-K - 5 Day Session Monday through Friday	11:45 A.M. - 2:15 P.M.

Extended Care
5 Day Half Day Care AM Program Monday through Friday	7:30 A.M. - 11:30 A.M.
5 Day School Day Care Program Monday through Friday	7:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.
5 Day Full Day Care Program Monday through Friday	7:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.

Just Me and My Mom October through May - Thursday

CLOSINGS

In the event of inclement weather school closings are announced on TV stations 6, 10 & 13. We are announced as St. John the Evangelist School.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

This service is available every day school is in session, including half days. Sessions begin after school and run until 5:30 p.m.

Half-day Sessions 11:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.	$20.00
Full-day Sessions 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.	$10.00
Hourly Rate	$3.50

ARRIVAL/DISMISSAL

ARRIVAL

Stay in a single lane do not pass either to the right or left as children exit cars or busses.
Observe and follow ONE-WAY signs you are an accident waiting-to-happen if going in the wrong direction.
Do not speed do not exceed 5 miles per hour. Watch carefully for students exiting parked cars.
Keep your children close to you if accompanying them into the school. Do not allow them to run ahead of you.
Walk near the perimeter of the lot, away from car and bus lanes.

DISMISSAL

Park your car in marked parking spots. Do not park in Fire Lanes or in front of the church ramp.
Walk down to canopied-school exit to await dismissal of your child.
Make your presence known to teachers on dismissal duty.
Keep your child/children close to you when returning to your car and walk near the perimeter of the lot, vigilant of cars backing out of spaces.
Do not exceed 5 miles per hour in the lot.
Observe and follow ONE-WAY signs.

Safety is of utmost importance and your patience is appreciated and a desired example for the children.
